It’s the passion that fuelled Pradeep and is fueling Fuel India since day 1. It’s been 16 years in the industry and it is just the beginning, he says, as he is able to do what he loves and what people love to see. Fitting together the jigsaw puzzle of brand, experience, and delivery gives him as much pleasure today as he got when solving the jigsaw puzzles as a child. He has executed and managed over 2,000+ events across India, Singapore, and Dubai.
During this period, he has developed several IPs in the education space over the last 8 years and developed multiple IPs for clients. It is not event management alone that he is strong at brand strategy & marketing to be among his fortes. He is also the visiting faculty at few respected Universities across India such as PES / IGNOU where he is able to share his knowledge and experience. He is one of the founding members of KEMA (Karnataka Event Management Association) and is currently its General Secretary.
He is also a Director at M&K Global Media Pvt Ltd, a Digital & Ambient Media Solutions Company, and Fuel Stories LLP (Bespoke Wedding Planning Company).

She lives and breathes design. It’s a passion and a way of life for her! Aditi is a graduate from the prestigious National Institute of Design and she has work experience she picked up over a decade from places as varied as Foley Designs, O&M, FRDC and Q-Events which has ensured an extremely enriching journey for her. For her, design is much more than just aesthetics. It is about strategic thinking, offering solutions and creating unique experiences that last as special memories for the audience! She has also been sharing her knowledge as visiting and guest faculty at NID and NIFT.
